• *Limited license is granted to wedding clients to make prints from negatives and  image files and copy the cd for private purpose only if a signed model release for wedding photos is returned to Be Seen Photographics when requested.

• Deposit of $300 to firm the booking is required
• Booking will only be considered confirmed when deposit is received.
• Deposit is deductible but non-refundable within two months of wed date.
• Balance owing is due 1 week prior to wedding date.
• Please be aware that coverage description, prices and all free offers are subject to change without notice, unless deposit is paid.
• Web pages for wedding clients will not display all photo's taken and will only be displayed for a short time after the wedding
• Unless otherwise stated in writing all copyright remains with Be Seen Photographics and negatives and digital images remains the property of Be Seen Photographics.
• Acceptance of delivery of materials from Be Seen Photographics constitutes agreement to all conditions

Wedding Photography coverage explanation

Thank you for considering Be Seen Photographics as your Wedding photographers. I have made a few notes about our wedding coverage and the cost involved (see table below). All edited images are burnt to cd and are ready to print for friends and relatives.  conditions apply

  Coverage of the bride's venue is an informal look at the hustle and bustle during the preparation of the bride, her family, wedding party, and usually some excellent photo opportunities for mother, bride and close family and friends.
  The ceremony coverage will vary according to the venue. Please check with your ceremony officiator and let me know if they have any concerns or feel distracted by a roving photographer, we will tailor our movements to suit.

  The formal group shots will take place where it is convenient for the wedding party and immediate family to assemble or according to prior arrangements at another venue. This will normally take a minimum of an hour (the more time we have the better) plus any travelling.

  Reception coverage is a candid look at you and your guests enjoying the evening that usually finishes with cutting the cake and the bridal dance.

If you include the reception in your choice, a small snack and drink would be appreciated. Any time after 9:30 pm or agreed end time will be at a per hour basis (payable at reception). I require a deposit of $300 to firm the booking (deposit is deductible but non-refundable within two months of wed date) and the balance 1 week prior.

The booking is not considered firm until the deposit ($300) is paid and if you book without an interview we will gift you a FREE 30x45cm (12"x16") wall display enlargement from your wedding (value $89.00).
